請預計於本學期畢業的同學於4月2日(週四)前至2樓系辦公室核對「畢業資格審查」(學生歷年成績表：)資料，各位同學核對無誤後簽名。
For the students who are going to graduate this semester, please examine your transcript that fit graduate qualification or not, and sign, in Rm.5882 before 4.2.2026, Thu..( Transcripts over the years)

至系辦畢業資格審查作業流程:
本文件(學生歷年成績表)已依序排列，請勿將各別成績單抽出，
就文件依序找到你的學生証號，再核對簽名，謝謝配合!
Procedure:
These documents are array in order, please do not try to extract yours, identify yours with your student ID, check and sign, thanks for your cooperation.

1. 學生歷年成績表請同學自行核對：若成績有誤，請逕洽註冊組修正。並檢查選修、必修欄位，如不正確，請用筆標明清楚，請逕洽註冊組修正。（成績表任何錯誤，請逕洽註冊組修正）
1. Students should examine transcript over years by yourself：
Check your elective credit, obligatory credit. If the transcript is incorrect, please marked it and contact registration office.
（Please contact registration office if there are any errors in the transcript.）
2. 請於所修各組規定之三門核心課程前打”＊”號或螢光筆畫出。
2. Please mark “*” in front of 3 main courses you had.

3.若成績無誤在歷年成績單上簽名，完成「畢業資格審查」：
(1)巳修各組規定之三門核心課程。
(2)累計專業必選修學分28學分以上（含專討）。
(3)若成績表無誤請同學簽名，系辦將註明「能申請畢業」或「不能申請畢業」後送註冊組。
3. If there’s no error in your transcript, please sign.
(1)Finish taking 3 main courses specified in your group
(2)28 credits in tatal (seminars included)
(3)If there’s no error, please sign, we’ll specify whether you can graduate or not and submit them to registration office.
4.請於4月2日(週四)前至2樓系辦公室核對「畢業資格審查」資料，以便歸還註冊組，逾期由系辦視同資料無誤逕予審查。
4. Please examine your transcript that fit graduate qualification in Rm.5882 before 4.2.2026, Wed.. If exceed the time limit, the document regarded as correct and examined by department office.
