113級畢業典禮報名資訊：

（此信件為畢聯會寄送給畢業生之信件，若為其他年級或非應屆畢業生，可將此信件資訊傳達給認識的畢業生們。）

113級畢業典禮將在113年6月1日上午舉辦，典禮採報名制，在個人報名成功後，會寄送典禮報名確認信，典禮當天畢業生需身著全套學士服以及學士帽，並在典禮會場入口處出示典禮報名確認信頁面始得入場。

今年畢業典禮主會場(中正堂)可容納畢業生上限為2100位，若超過容納畢業生上限，則會引導畢業生和親友到副會場觀看典禮轉播。

而中正堂二樓的容納人數為4000人左右，故須限制每位畢業生邀請的親友人數，報名表單中填答的親友資料，目的是希望畢業生能夠親自確認到場的親友，邀請函為畢業典禮當天汽車進入校區停車所需的通行證，再請各位畢業生填答報名表單時，務必確認邀請函寄送的地址或郵件，主辦方(畢聯會)不會對地址和郵件信箱進行二次確認，所以請務必確認以上資訊，若個人發現填寫錯誤，也請主動與畢聯會聯繫並更新正確資訊。

The 113th Graduation Ceremony registration information：

(This is a letter sent by Graduation Association to graduates. If you are a graduate of another grade or are not a recent graduate, you may pass this information on to graduates you know.)

The 113th Graduation Ceremony will be held in the morning of June 1, '113. The ceremony is based on a registration system, and a confirmation letter will be mailed to graduates after they have successfully registered. On the day of the ceremony, graduates are required to wear a full set of bachelor's uniforms and a bachelor's cap, and show the page of the confirmation letter at the entrance to gain entry.

This year, the capacity of the main venue, CZT, is limited to 2,100 graduates. If the capacity is exceeded, graduates, their relatives and friends will be invited to the secondary venue to watch the broadcast of the ceremony.

The capacity of the second floor of CZT is about 4000 people, so the number of friends and relatives that each graduate can bring with him/her must be limited. The purpose of filling in the information of friends and relatives in the enrollment form is to let graduates confirm the friends and relatives who will be present at the ceremony, and the invitations are the passes that are required for cars to enter and park in the campus on the day of the graduation ceremony, so graduates are requested to check the address or mailbox where the invitations are to be sent to when filling in the registration form. We will not double-check the address or e-mail address.

On Sunday, June 2, 113, from 08:30 a.m. to 17:00 p.m., the CKSU graduation ceremony venue will be open to our graduates, their families and friends for photo-taking and remembrance.
