1. The online student course feedback questionnaire system will be open from
December 08, 2025, to January 02, 2026. Students can log in to the system via the
Cheng Kung Portal (https://i.ncku.edu.tw/) or the link on the website of the Center
for Teaching and Learning Development (http://tfcfd.acad.ncku.edu.tw/) to fill
out the questionnaires.
2.If a student achieves a 100% survey completion rate, they will be eligible for a bookstore gift voucher raffle and will receive priority in the first-stage course registration.
3. The questionnaire results will be delivered only to each
department/institute/program chairman and instructor of each course for reference.
The identity of any respondent will be confidential.
