Please submit the following to Ms. Lin at the DAA office:
1. Attachment 1
2. Attachment 2
3. Any other relevant papers
4. Your Bachelor's degree diploma
5. Your Master's degree diploma
Ensure that you provide both a hard copy and an electronic copy of all the aforementioned documents.
