We welcome students to participate! The competition has no topic restrictions and strongly encourages participants to generate creative ideas using diverse concepts to propose innovative work with patent potential.

The event is open to university and high school students worldwide. Cross-school, cross-college, and interdisciplinary team-building are highly encouraged (up to 5 members per team).

Two Main Evaluation Categories:

1. AI Smart Systems Category (including Electrical Engineering & Computer Science)

2. Engineering Applications Category (including Mechanical, Environmental, Healthcare, Humanistic Design, and other fields)

(Note: Confirmed with the organizer that all application materials and final presentations can be submitted and presented entirely in English.)

Awards and Prizes

Gold Award (1 team): NTD 200,000 + Trophy + Certificates for all team members and advisors.

Best Creativity / Application / Potential Awards (2 teams each): NTD 30,000 + Trophy.

Special, Honorable Mention, and Finalist Awards: Cash prizes up to NTD 10,000 with certificates.

Important Dates

Preliminary Registration Deadline: August 31, 2026 (Mon) — Complete online registration and document submission.

Finalist Announcement & Response: Announced on September 18, 2026; confirm attendance by September 24 (Thu).

Final Round On-Site Evaluation: October 22, 2026 (Thu) — Showcase your work (flexible format).
