Graduates should not begin the graduation procedure until all the final grades are sent to the Registrar’s Division

Step 1.  Log in to "Online Application System for Graduation from NCKU"

→ Read the “Note” thoroughly. Complete the procedure and print out the Application Form for Graduation from NCKU.
 
Step 2.
→ Download the “Departmental Application Form for Graduation” according to your degree level and print it out.

→Fill in the "Online Questionnaire for Graduates"

Step 3. Submit both application forms to the department office and then take the Application Form for Graduation from NCKU to the Registrar’s Division.
